This older model earpiece is preferred by some associates due to ear-size or comfort. Usually, about 2-5% of employees prefer this model compared to the newer models. Simple and comfortable to use, Motorola's in-line PTT (push-to-talk) mic keeps cords out of your way while you keep in touch with what's on at work. A comfortable plastic piece slips over the top of your ear to put the earpiece's speaker right at the opening to the ear canal.
