This older model earpiece is preferred by some associates due to ear-size or comfort. Usually, about 2-5% of employees prefer this model compared to the newer models. Simple and comfortable to use, Motorola's in-line PTT (push-to-talk) mic keeps cords out of your way while you keep in touch with what's on at work. A comfortable plastic piece slips over the top of your ear to put the earpiece's speaker right at the opening to the ear canal. The cord hangs down on that side and is neatly clipped to your clothes to control excessive dangling while letting you push-to-talk into the mic that hangs near your mouth. Easy!<br
